Defendant, Micah Forstein was a Seller of Residential Property in Monterey County CA. Forstein and his Seller's Agent, Kent Weinstein engaged in a fix up and disclosure fraud scheme. They attempted to take advantage of long standing fraud in state wide contracts and Attorneys willing to try to protect those who attempt fraud.
